Most artworks are final sale. Returns are accepted only for items explicitly labeled as “Return Eligible” on the product page and only in accordance with this policy.
Return eligibility applies solely to items marked “Return Eligible.” Custom/commissioned works are not returnable.
For eligible items, you must initiate a return request within 5 days of delivery.
Email support@artovio.com with your order number and reason. If approved, we will provide instructions and a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk during transit.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Non-returnable items include: custom/commissioned works, digital goods, items marked final sale, items not marked as “Return Eligible,” and any item not in original condition.
If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for loss) with photos and packaging details. We will assist with a carrier claim as appropriate. Resolution may include replacement or refund at our discretion and subject to availability and carrier outcomes.
